appletv can mean

appletv box it's a box you connect to the tv Apple TV 4K - Apple

appletv app it's the media player of macs and ipads and iphones and some tvs Apple TV app - Apple

apple tv+ it's a streaming channel apple have that display apple produced material if one has a subscription Apple TV+ - Apple

not sure what it is you want out of these 3 things.
