Delete message
When I delete a text message it says that it will delete from all devices. But I only have one device?

This indicates that you have enabled iCloud Messages. If you had additional devices the messages would be deleted from them all but since you don't, it will only delete them from your current device and iCloud. This feature helps you keep your message history with any new devices you add to your account.
