Classic invert turns on automatically

since the time I got the iPhone 13, within a month it started turning on the classic invert automatically. I’d be doing normal things on my phone like surf internet, use snapchat, be on whatsapp video call and out of nowhere it would turn on the classic invert. I have no clue what triggers this. When I bought the phone, it had iOS 15 and so when I spoke to the customer service, they asked me to wait for the new software update. But even after installing iOS 16, this issue persists.

Hey there nimisha97,

It sounds like you contacted Apple Support already when this began when you had iOS 15 installed, and they suggested to wait for an update which has no effect. While you mentioned having iOS 16 installed, the latest version would be iOS 16.1.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
