Purchased LinkedIn Subscription and it is not activated!

I recently purchased a $100 LinkedIn Career Subscription from the LinkedIn App via Itunes on my Iphone 13 pro about 10-12 hrs ago!

It is not showing up on my LinkedIn account and is not getting activated!

I've contacted LinkedIn support multiple times & they've asked me to contact Apple support.

I've already submitted ticket for a refund. Please either provide a full refund or fix this as soon as possible.

And please don't tell me to contact LinkedIn support as they're saying this is an issue on Apple's end

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.

If Apple has approved your request, see this Apple article: Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

Keep in mind -> 30 days you should read as 30 business days.

But why this BUG cropped up when it didn't before?

I only submitted the refund ticket due the FACT that my $108 annual premium subscription bought through itunes from the linkedIn app isn't showing up / getting activated.

LinkedIn is categorically saying it's a BUG on Apple's end.

Additionally, it seems a lot of companies want people to pay through their own payment portal rather than itunes (due to the ahem 30% cut)

This is causing integration issues for us customers who are dangled b/w different customer supports (in this case Apple & LinkedIn)---> asking for refunds or fixes!

In the long term:-- this is a much larger integration issue!

I wouldn't be asking for a refund in the 1st place--> if things worked as they're supposed to (aka seamless experience which Apple has been known for ---> however the quality seems to be dwindling down IMO)
