Chegg Membership Not Activated
I created my chegg account through my iCloud. Due to my settings, iCloud hid my email and I’m guessing created the account through a private relay verison. I purchased a Chegg subscription through an iTunes gift card, and the subscription worked for a good two days but now it’s saying “membership not activated”. Chegg had no problem taking my “money” but now they no longer are allowing me to use the service due to this membership issue. I contacted chegg and they said it was an issue that Apple would have to solve. I requested a refund through Apple and they refused to see the proof I had of this issue, they just kept denying it because it was a non eligible refund purchase. I just want either my subscription to work or my money back!
