Emergency Contacts

Looking over the article Use Emergency SOS on your iPhone, there does not appear to be any limits to the amount of emergency contacts you can set.

If you want to add more emergency contacts, you can do so with these steps:

1. Open the Health app and tap your profile picture .

2. Tap Medical ID.

3. Tap Edit, then scroll to Emergency Contacts.

4. Tap the Add button  to add an emergency contact.

5. Tap a contact, then add their relationship.

6. Tap Done to save your changes.

It's possible there may be a limit and you may need to remove an Emergency Contact before adding another. If you can, try removing one then adding your desired one to see if you still get the same message.
