Horrible iPhone 13 connection?

i have the regular iPhone 13 and my connection with wifi and my cellular data has been absolutely terrible. there isn’t ever a time i don’t experience network issues. it constantly says no connection when i have a very strong wifi connection, or even when i have 5G+. i usually have to restart my phone or turn off my 5G. is anybody else experiencing this issue?

Greetings ozzy8,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We would suggest resetting the network settings on your iPhone 13 to help with this connection trouble you're having. Follow these steps to do so:

Reset your Network Settings
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
