Can I switch from Asurion to AppleCare for my iPhone 13?

I have Asurion for my phone and just got a refurbished one from them due to the black glass shattering on my IPhone 13 Pro. Can I cancel Asurion and add Apple Care to this Iphone 13 I just received?
