I will not accept that answer because I do not want to download another browser just to watch Netflix, there is no reason it should not be working this is ridiculous. Someone please help me.

Safari is updated with macOS. To learn how to do that please read Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support.

Netflix and Safari have had a dysfunctional relationship for years. If you are already using the latest versions of macOS and Safari for your particular model Mac, try using a different browser. Brave and Firefox are two that are worthy of consideration.
