iPhone 14 Pro crashes to black screen with circle when taking a photo

I have had this issue since my iPhone 12 Pro that I would have my iPhone crash when taking a photo. Apple support blamed it on space. Bought the largest iPhone 14 Pro with double the previous space, still happens. I have done the hard reset in the past as well as update the iPhone and it will work for a bit but then happen again. No clue on how to correct besides start completely from scratch and hope for the best

Just more context it crash when using the camera or trying to record a video a majority of the time. But it will crash while reading facebook or using the Google Now app as well.

It will get hot and the "apple genius" told me it was due to the sim card on my last phone, but the 14 no longer has a physical sim.

I am just running out of options. Attached photo of what screen looks like after crash. I have had Apple run a remote diagnostic of this phone and one in store of the last one and there is no showing of hardware issues

So to add MORE to this ongoing issue now it can sit at the Lock Screen without any interaction and just crash. Had it happen 3 times in a row before I hard reset it. I’ve only owned this iPhone since September and just seems to have a constant reoccurring problem
