Can I transfer viber chat history from Mac to iphone?

I have logged in to viber on Mac with all chat history, but I couldn't find backup option in my viber app in Mac.

On the other hand, viber in iphone 14plus doesn't have chats with history though I found the backup option in that viber. I tried restoring still no use.

If you downloaded the app from the macOS App Store, the guidance in How to contact an app developer - Apple Support can help you get in touch with them.
