iPhone caught on fire

I left the device on the office table and was doing my job when suddenly I saw smoke billowing from the device, caught on fire and spontaneously exploded. The photos you could find in the attachment. All these things happened just in some seconds which made us shocked. We don’t know the source of the issue yet, but it looks like the majority of damage is originating from where the battery is located. Of note: The phone was apparently not charging or using any unauthorized accessories.

In short, it could explode while talking on the phone or holding on my hand. It could also cause fire at home while sleeping etc which could create biggest problems.

I have used different Iphone models and have never had this kind of issue. However, I was always satisfied with Iphone device until I had faced with this accident.

Where should I write my complaint?
