After migrating from old iMac to new one my desktop from the old one is now on the new one. How can I revert back to my original desktop on my newer iMac

Easy to do. Open System Preferences. On the left side scroll down to Wallpaper and click on that link. There you can choose whatever desktop display you want.

When I used Migration Assistant, the desktop on my older iMac is now my new one.
