Bug in accessing Payment and Shipping in Apple ID

When I’m try to access Payment and Shipping under my Apple ID it opens the Music app. If I delete the Music app then am asked to restore it. I logged out of my Apple ID and log back in and reboot my phone. Even called Apple support This issue is on my iPad and my two iPhones and all are running the latest software.
