Bug in accessing Payment and Shipping in Apple ID

When I’m try to access Payment and Shipping under my Apple ID it opens the Music app. If I delete the Music app then am asked to restore it. I logged out of my Apple ID and log back in and reboot my phone. Even called Apple support This issue is on my iPad and my two iPhones and all are running the latest software.

payment & shipping is only available if I reinstall Apple Music So I removed the Apple Music app because (1) I never used it (2) I had some trouble with it in CarPlay. Everything seemed right but now I wanted to update my credit card information under "Payment and Shipping" and surprisingly I get the message "Restore “Music”? To continue, download “Music” from App Store.” and I only have the option to “Show in App Store” or “Cancel”. Why do I need the Music App to make changes on my credit card information?

Payment and shipping under iCloud name When I click on payment and shipping under my name on iOS 16.1 it opens Apple Music app first before it shows me payment and shipping details.

Unable to access payment and shipping within Apple ID settings. Forces Apple Music download. When cancel is selected it returns me to Apple ID menu.
