ricoh scan to file

Upgraded my old iMac and the new Mac Studio came with Ventura. Since the update I can no longer scan to shared file from my Ricoh multi function printer. The printer has a helper app to walk you thru setting this up. I fill in the needed info and it can connect to my computer and see the shared file but when I select the file to finish the set up the Ricoh tell me it can not connect and to make sure the computer name and settings. I have tried and checked everything and have no luck.

checked-

general-sharing-file sharing- is on

privacy & security- files and folders- smb- full access

privacy & security- full disc access- smb- on

network- firewall- file sharing (SMB) allow incoming connections

restarted the computer several times

checked the computer name and ip address in the printer several times

set a manual ip address on the computer so the printer always has the same ip to send to

What am I missing?
