Pop Up Header when trying to reply to an email.

I am using Safari to access my email on a third party vender server. For the most part it works fine, but some time ago, I started getting pop ups instead of a new message window when trying to reply to an email. It is getting more and more frequent making it harder to reply to emails. the message always starts out the same....

The window to write an email never opens and if I close the pop up, it is like closing the message window.

I can't seem to find a way to shut it off.

I am running Safari Version 16.0 (16614.1.25.9.10, 16614)
