Yes, right, I saw the support document, just that I got confused by a Wiki note that reads: “the key differences are the processor and support for the Apple Pencil. The iPad (5th gen) is powered by an Apple A9 chip and the iPad (6th gen) is powered by an Apple A10 Fusion chip. The iPad (6th gen) supports the first-generation Apple Pencil, whereas the iPad (5th gen) does not support the Apple Pencil.
