I booked an iphone 14 pro max 1 month ago but after 1 month waiting for this product Apple refunded my money back to my account and not delivered my Iphone on time.
I have invoice copy of Apple which clearly show that Apple charged full Amount from my bank a\c $1750.36
How should I file a case against Apple ?
Because I waited for 1 month but they denia so want to claim this unethical behavior with me.

You did not say it was shipped. You did not mention FedEx. You did not mention it was in transit. You did not mention you did not cancel the order.
Now that you provided additional information, contact Apple to determine why they refunded your money.
We are not Apple employees and we do not have access to orders. So yes, you need to contact Apple.
I already mentioned that I have invoice copy and you also answered that Apple does not bill you until the item is shipped. So, it means item is shipped and obviously apple don't provided delivery itself they ship by the carrier.
And still, I didn't mention that i cancel the order. Thats my point that without cancelation why they refunded my money back.
I think I'll contact too personally in apple store for better response.
