Photos are grayed out I try to upload snapfish
why are my photos grayed out when I try to select them to upload to Snapfish?
Which system version do you have installed? Where are you trying to selectt he photos?
When the dialog to select photos appears, click the "Photos" item in the Media section of the sidebar. Do not select the Photos Library in your Pictures folder.
This screenshot is from macOS 13 Ventura, on a Mac set to use the German language, but I hope, you can recognise where to find "Media" in the sidebar, then "Photos":
If there are still grey thumbnails, the items may be in an incompatible format. Are your photos JPEGs or HEIC, or RAW?
