Mac won't autocorrect 'hte'

Thanks for that screenshot. One possible reason it isn't showing up as a misspelled word is because it was learned, instead of added the dictionary inadvertently.

The article provided has the steps: "Remove a word from the spelling dictionary: Control-click a word, then choose Unlearn Spelling." This worked for us in Pages, for every word we learned, then attempted to unlearn.

If that option isn't coming up, please tell us what app you are in, and we can do they best to find info about it.

You can also try making up a keyboard shortcut. When you type in hte or Hte, it will automatically change to the or The: Mac keyboard shortcuts - Apple Support

While you may be unable to use the Notes app to unlearn this spelling on your Mac, we tested creating a text replacement, then tested the Notes app. It worked for us.

If you'd like to look into this further, then we'd suggest contacting Apple directly: Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.
