update ipad via usb c

I'm facing failures in my iPad update when using the USB-c port. I have a Mac mini M1 and the iPad Air 3rd generation, when I connect the computer using USB C to te Ipad, it works fine, sycronyze and so on. During the update process it fail always during the boot of Ipad. It blinks the apple icon after it blinks the cable connection icon and become back the screen. I made a video. If I switch to the old usb port it works perfectly

Hello Correa1,

We see from your video that when using USB-C your iPad restarts unexpectedly. To isolate, and potentially resolve this issue, we recommend following the guidance listed here: If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly - Apple Support

Also, if your iPad works in another USB port, we recommend updating your device there and trying USB-C again.

Regards.
