Apple Music deleted all my songs but remembers my listening history

Hello!

I had an Apple Music individual subscription, which I stopped for a few months, and more recently rejoined on a Family Plan.

When I first used Apple Music again on the Family Plan, it needed to do some syncing to regain my songs and playlists. This took a while. When I next checked back, the syncing had concluded but my Library was completely empty! And my playlists had the correct names but were empty!

The last thing is, Apple Music seems to remember my listening history from before the switch to the Family Plan, as my Favourites mix (and some other generated playlists, but especially my Favourites) had artists and songs that I used to listen to a lot.

I have "Sync Library" turned on for the right iCloud account. But when I try to "Consolidate files" in the "File>Library>Organise Library" it doesn't save.

The problem is the same across all my devices, my new empty library iOS synced correctly across devices. Could anyone help me recover my songs and playlists please? Thanks a lot!
