Welcome to Apple Support Communities!
We want to help you see the music lyrics when using iTunes on your PC.
You can use these steps to view lyrics using iTunes:
"Enter and view lyrics in iTunes on PC
When you subscribe to Apple Music, you can view lyrics for the currently playing song, when available.
For other songs, you can enter the lyrics in iTunes and view them at any time. You can’t add lyrics to some types of files, such as WAV.
Note: Apple Music isn’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Availability of Apple Media Services.
View song lyrics for the currently playing song
- In the iTunes app
on your PC, choose Music from the pop-up menu at the top left, then click Library. 
- Click the Up Next button
, then click Lyrics."
This should resolve the issue by adjusting your settings to show the lyrics for your music using iTunes.
