blue squares on iphone wont go away

I see a row of blue rectangles at the bottom of my iPhone screen. They are there when I turn it back on.

That's damage to either your screen or your phone hardware, and your phone will need to be repaired.

Blue circle triangle popped up on my phone A few weeks ago a blue circular triangle popped up in the middle right of my screen. I was able to move it around for like a split second and then it disappeared and never came back. Does anyone know what this is?
