Missing .5

Hey,

I just bought my new 13 pro max and when I went onto the camera there was no .5 option anywhere and I turned on the ultra wide thing and anything that might relate to the .5 camera but it’s not showing up. I’ve taken screen shots of what I’m taking about and maybe someone might be able to help.

Hello cienna8,

It seems like you aren't able to see your camera's option to use the ultra wide camera with the 0.5x option, right? Which iOS version are you using? You mentioned that you just purchased your device and should make sure that it's running the most updated version of iOS with the steps here:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

"Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

  1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
  2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
  4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
  5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do."

If you continue to see the same behavior, contact Apple Support.

Regards.
