Can’t hang up a phone call.
When I’m on a phone call and want to hang up, my phone doesn’t light up for me to hang up a call. Even when I press on the power button, nothing happens. I have to wait for the other party to hang up the call.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
