Macbook Key popped out

My Macbook key has popped out but I don't think anything like the actual keyboard is damaged . Can I get an individual key replaced and if I can how much is it to replace?

Macbook Pro letter M key not working My letter M key stopped working, it presses all the way down it is not stuck. Some of my other keys need to be pressed more than once to work or come out double. I was sure it was from crumbs getting stuck under my keys. I brought my macbook into Apple to be looked at, I was told my keyboard needs to be replaced and that I should do the battery while I'm at it.... it would be about $300 does this make sense? Is there no cheaper way to do this?
