More information would be needed to investigate your specific concern. A good first step would be to ensure the cameras are configured properly. Set up security cameras in Home on iPhone covers the steps and options for configuring HomeKit-compatible cameras.


If those steps do not help, and the concern is isolated to this specific accessory, share more details on what happens when you attempt to use them, or working with the manufacturer may be required.
