iPadOS v15.7-How to limit cookies to specific websites?

Safari for iPad OS 15.7 appears to only allow blocking or allowing ALL cookies with a toggle on/off switch in Safari Settings. Is there a way to Allow cookies to only a specific website?

Thanks in advance.

iOS/iPadOS does not natively support selective blocking of cookies. As you have observed, you can universally block all cookies from settings should you choose to do so:

Settings > Safari > Block All Cookies

You should note that third-party cookies are blocked by default for all sites - regardless of the cookie blocking setting - this being an intentional function of “ITP” (Apple’s intelligent tracking prevention).

Many websites won’t work properly (if at all) if you block all first-party cookies - as these are often used for site navigation and wanted functionality (as here).

By contrast, for Safari, third-party cookies are blocked by default by ITP (although this can modified in Safari’s advanced settings). Third-party cookies are used to facilitate cross-site user-tracking and profiling by other services are blocked - these often being the more insidious side of cookies and web-browsing that many users (perhaps yourself) seek to control.

Don’t forget, recent versions of iOS/iPadOS also include privacy reports:
