Stolen Brand new iphone

Ordered a iphone and ups delivery people just left it at front door and it was stolen.

can the phone be tracked when someone turns on the phone or enter apple id?

Also file a claim with UPS. They are not supposed to leave packages from Apple without a signature.

Hello Lawrence, Yes I should of mentioned that too. The last two iPhone 13 Pro Max I bought from Apple and delivered by UPS were dropped off at my porch, no signature. Luckily no issue. These days with Porch Pirates one has to make other arrangements and or watch closely the delivery day and time so item doesn't stay unprotected on porch for long. Unfortunately.
