Bought Apple Watch 7 from Walmart
The watch was mailed to me in a plain cardboard box instead of the usual white apple box. Is this a legit new Apple Watch ?

It sounds more like you received a Refurbished Apple Watch, which would typically come in a nondescript white unmarked box. If you paid for a new Apple Watch, return it to Walmart.
