Apple Watch trade in
I received an email to drop off my watch at a fedex. Would that mean I wouldn’t receive the trade in kit and I take the watch by itself to fedex?

Yes. The last time I traded iPhones it was handled that way. I followed the directions in the email and went to FedEx and they boxed it and sent it. There was no fee from FedEx.
