Apple Watch trade in box was delivered damaged from Fedex

How can I request a replacement Apple Watch trade-in box. The package was delivered by FedEx soaking wet and fell apart as soon as I tried to open it.

Apple Watch Series 9 was delivered but no watch in box I waited outside today for UPS to deliver my Apple watch, The delivery person handed me my boxes (I also order Airpods). Once inside, I opened the Airpods first. Then I picked up the box with the Apple watch. I noticed that the brown box looked a little broken on the side but didn't think twice. I took out the Apple watch box and noticed that the short side of the box was torn open at the seams. When I opened the box, the watch was missing! I called Apple immediately and spoke with a rep. She assured me that an investigation will be opened and I will here from someone within three days. [Re-Titled by Moderator] Original Title: Empty Apple Watch Box!

Do you all provide the stuff to send my Apple Watch in Like do I need to ship it in myself for the repair or will you send me a box

Did you speak to someone when you arranged the replacement?

If not, call Apple Support, 1-800-MY-Apple.
