Can I exchange my sealed watch?

Crazy story, I need your help. I bought a Series 9 on Prime Day to replace my old Series 1. It was labeled as brand new and didn’t say anything like open box or anything.

It arrived a few days ago and something was immediately off. The shrink wrap was missing and the box was kind of dirty and has fingerprints on it. When I opened it everything was sealed. Band and Watch. I did not open the watch. The outer box was the only thing open.

After contacting support on Amazon I got a replacement which landed on my porch today. And it was the same fricking way. This was not open box.

I contacted Apple this time and a support representative told me to go to my local Apple Store and said I could exchange it. I don’t know if I really can but at this point I’m desperate. Remember, it’s a sealed watch. The outer box was the only thing open. If you could let me know that would be great.
