Trade in Apple Watch during Christmas online
I bought my new Apple Watch 10 with trade in on 22/12 (Sat) and sent the old watch out on 23/12( Mon) with AUSPOST, but in my Apple Store account didn’t update the trade in process when I had already follow all the instruction that Apple gave. The parcel update date only till 31/12, but Apple sending email and said haven’t received any update about the parcel have been sent on 3/1/2025 Who can I contact?
