Airpods Pro 2 Audio Problems

Maybe third time's the charm? Hopefully my question isn't deleted again....

First, on most calls I place/answer (80%) transparency mode turns partially on. I can't hear the person I'm talking to, but I can sure hear my air purifier. Turning transparency on and off fixes it, but I have to on every call. It's been happening since they were released.

Second, music audio is all over the place. Whether I have Spatalized stereo on/off fixed or tracking, music cuts out like it's set to tracking and I'm turning my head. Specifically, it's the audio that sounds like it's physically just behind my ear. It's sure nice when it turns back on though. This is a more recent problem.

Hello johnathan48,

Getting the audio quality that's expected from your AirPods is important and Apple has great troubleshooting steps that can help. Based on the description of the issue you're facing, it sounds like you'll benefit from customizing the audio levels on your iPhone. To customize the audio levels, begin with the steps listed below, the complete the remaining steps outlined in the following article.

  1. "Check that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS.
  2. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations. Turn on Headphone Accommodations.
  3. Choose how you want to apply your custom audio settings:
    • Turn on Phone to apply these settings to phone calls, FaceTime calls, and any third-party video call apps.
    • Turn on Media to apply these settings to music, movies, podcasts, audiobooks, Siri, voicemail, and Live Listen.

4.Customize your headphone audio settings:
