Warranty Coverage and Case Replacement

my phone was in my front pocket while i was sitting in my tight pants and my phone's windshield broke, the case flexed and cracked. Apple products are very solid so I bought an iPhone13. One of the apple technical service employees said that the product is not covered by the warranty, although it was not my fault. How is it not covered under warranty? They also told me that the safe was not exchanged. they just said that I have to give 17 thousand liras for the new iphone13, although my phone is working. How can you not change the case of a product I bought from you? I want you to change the case of the product I bought from you. And I want you to have it covered under warranty. I do not understand how this product, which passed many durability tests, broke so easily.

It absolutely was your fault, you put it in your pants, it flexed the phone and the screen cracked.

"How is it not covered under warranty?"

The warranty covers manufacturers' defects, not user damage.

"They also told me that the safe was not exchanged. they just said that I have to give 17 thousand liras for the new iphone13, although my phone is working. How can you not change the case of a product I bought from you?"

Again, Apple does not cover user damage.

"I want you to change the case of the product I bought from you. And I want you to have it covered under warranty."

That's not going to happen.

"I do not understand how this product, which passed many durability tests, broke so easily."

It didn't break easily, you put it in tight pants, you flexed it beyond its durability limits and it broke.
