iPad delivery confusion What’s happening

New iPad, battery wouldn’t work. Requested replacement. Was promised the next day service . Nothing happened. The next day, DHL Picked up the dud . Did not get the new one, but received numerous emails and numerous texts saying that it was on its way “good news “on two different days.

Since we are all other end users here, we cannot access orders, accounts, or shipping methods.
