iPhone data backup on Chromebook

sorry for posting it in wrong section. Won’t let me change it now:

So I plug in my iPhone into my chromebook and grant it access on my iPhone. The chromebook recognizes it, but won’t let me view any files saying “The content is restricted by an admin and can’t be modified”. I’ve tried this on both my chrome books and I know I’ve had it where I can click and drag all my photos to save. Same phone from before and I’m the original owner of everything. What gives?!
