disney+ subscription

I bought and canceled my annual subscription (expires 7 March 2023) via the app. Now my account is canceled altogether and I cannot access my existing subscription.

That’s a very unhelpful response. You cancel renewal of the subscription. If you paid for a year, you still have a valid subscription until that year expires, as can be verified from looking at your Apple TV subscriptions under your user, subscriptions.


I have the same issue and I’m trying to figure out how to restore my subscription. Anyone with any advice on how to solve the problem would be appreciated.
