That’s a very unhelpful response. You cancel renewal of the subscription. If you paid for a year, you still have a valid subscription until that year expires, as can be verified from looking at your Apple TV subscriptions under your user, subscriptions.
I have the same issue and I’m trying to figure out how to restore my subscription. Anyone with any advice on how to solve the problem would be appreciated.
Your question is contradictory; if you cancelled your subscription (four months before it expired) you cannot then access it because it does not exist.
