Watch control center not pulling

It’s not responding Force restart the watch by pressing the side button and Digital Crown button at the same time until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons.

I would try hard reset Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you Restart your Apple Watch it wipes probably fix that problem.
