can't offline translate use shortcuts

I already download related language for offline use and setup the iphone for offline translate.

1. open the translate app, offline translate work well.

2. when i use shortcut with translate offline, the translate app show "network is not available"

3. when i use shortcut with translate online, work well.

Please tell me how to fix it. thanks.

I go to the Translate app, and click on Download Languages. I click on English and Italian, but whenever I go to my Translate app, I see English and Spanish. Translate app stuck on "Download Offline Languages" screen iPhone XR, IOS 16.1.2 The Translate icon lights when touched as well as the Conversation icon. Tried Cellular Data both on and off. Tried On-Device Mode on/off. No change. "Download Offline Languages" screen won't clear.

Why do my downloaded languages disappear in the Translate app on iPhone? Whenever I try to go through translate app, all my downloaded languages disappear and I have to download it again every time. if anyone can help me on this. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It would appear you already have your answer here, you just don’t like it.
