hi dear support.
im using itunes in iran and i cant create new apple id or download any device sofware without vpn
this is my error message "there was a temporary problem completing your request. an unknown error occurred (9039). try againg later.
i changed my time and date and network service . and i cheked my itunes update but it doesnt work.
itunes servers are not filtered here
