MacBook Pro won't charge at all with battery health active in Ventura

Hi, I am having the exact same issue as the author here. I am currently on Ventura 13.0.1

Using a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 model. (Intel)

The charger indicator keeps going from charging to battery, and its dropping below 10%. giving me warnings to plug in the power adapter, even though its connected.

If i turn off the battery health options, it will start to charge.

Hi,

Resetting SMC could solve your battery related issue.

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports battery related error.
