I just purchased an IPhone 13 and will not pair with my speakers. I turned off and on several times

same on my IPad. Speaker device URroll doesn’t even appear as a device. Was fine until I got my new phone

Have you put your speakers into pairing mode according to the manufacturer's instructions?
