I was billed for apple TV last night and I didn't authorize it/

If you had a free trial subscription, and you didn’t cancel before the end of the trial period, then the subscription would transition into a paid one, and you would be billed monthly for the next billing cycle.

See if this subscription is listed among the subscriptions on your Apple ID account, and cancel the ones you do not want anymore. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you, or someone else with access to your account and/or devices, made a different purchase (e.g. buy or rent movie), then that would be billed separately. Check what the charge was for in your purchase history. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you think that you qualify for a refund, then you may request that, as described here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

If the charge is not listed in your purchase history, then it was not purchased on this Apple ID account. Then possibly other people may have access to your payment method. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
