The log you posted is useless to mere mortals like us; only an Apple developer with the iOS data dictionary can interpret it. But if your phone keeps restarting it either needs a new battery or it has a hardware problem. Go to Settings/Battery/Battery Health and check both the message displayed and maximum capacity, which should be over 80%. If it isn’t, get the battery replaced→iPhone Battery Replacement - Official Apple Support
