"iPhone 14 Pro Max rebooting: My iPhone is constantly rebooting i checked the Analytics Data and there is no Panic Full Report, just a bunch of ResetCounter saying this Can someone help me with this? I already restored the phone [...]The iPhone is not on a boot loop, it turns on normally and I can use it, but sometimes it just restarts randomly"

Uninstall Beta Software:

Beta software (iPhone OS 18.4) seems to be installed on your iPhone (and that is something that and result in power issues. Being beta, it is out there for all to troubleshoot, and try at their own will. So, downgrading may be the way to go here.

iPhone NOT in a Boot Loop:

Having read the word "constantly" in your original post, that's why it came across as a Boot Loop. Now, reading "randomly", I would not call it a Boot Loop. Rather, this seems to be an issue with power, perhaps due to overheating. So, see if you need to clear space. I would also emphasize that you inspect the power, using my links below.

I. Troubleshooting Overheating iPhone:

Clear Space Using my User Tips:

See if you need to clear lots of space. System resources may be using up too much services, making it overheat. Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, the maximum internal storage capacity never increases, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan. Learn More here: What's the Difference Between Device Storage and iCloud Storage? Apple Support

So, what to do...

Clear Space, Using my User Tips:

II. Troubleshooting iPhone Power:

The iPhone battery will not charge, unless it is plugged in and charging. With lots installed and running, it may overheat, and may be slower. It would also depend on the battery health and how you are using it while it is charging..  Go Here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support - Scroll down to "Your battery's maximum capacity"

View the Battery Health:

Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: Battery
  3. Tap: Battery Health
  4. View: [the percentage]
  5. Is it 80% or less?  If so, it is time for a new battery.

Troubleshooting an iPhone Screen Reboot:

I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop. This can typically occur when you update something, and it got stuck while in the process.  So, refer to my user tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
