Having read the word "constantly" in your original post, that's why it came across as a Boot Loop. Now, reading "randomly", I would not call it a Boot Loop. Rather, this seems to be an issue with power, perhaps due to overheating. So, see if you need to clear space. I would also emphasize that you inspect the power, using my links below.

See if you need to clear lots of space. System resources may be using up too much services, making it overheat. Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. The iPhone battery will not charge, unless it is plugged in and charging. With lots installed and running, it may overheat, and may be slower. It would also depend on the battery health and how you are using it while it is charging.. Go Here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support - Scroll down to "Your battery's maximum capacity"
View the Battery Health:
Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.
- Go To: Settings
- Tap: Battery
- Tap: Battery Health
- View: [the percentage]
- Is it 80% or less? If so, it is time for a new battery.
