Going to take another stab at Apple Calendar! First question, is how to add a screenshot to the calendar. Nothing complicated, just clean and easy. I want to take the screenshot, tap the share button in upper right and tap something to open calendar.
I don’t see calendar as an option, even if I try “Edit Options”.

iPhone Calendar? Apple Calendar? There is no such thing.
Please check which is your Default email Account for the Calendar on your device? Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar
All the devices sync with an email client server which hosts your calendar. If you have a Calendar on iCloud that will not sync with Google Calendar. Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar [Choose what you want]. What you add (Event) on iPhone Calendar is synced with default calendar unless you have chosen a specific calendar at the time of event creation.
To which email account are the calendar events synced with your iPhone? This is not clear in your post

I have Apple’s calendar. They have their own calendar that comes preloaded, you can also find it in the Apple Store if somehow it got deleted. I was just looking for a simple way to add a screenshot to the calendar. My email client server is Apple mail and I use icloud.
There’s a very cumbersome way by saving the screenshot first to Photos, then going to Photos, selecting it, then tapping the share button and selecting “Copy iCloud link” then going to Calendar, selecting an event, selecting “Edit” then pasting the link in Notes section or url. But even then, you just paste a link.
I’d like to add screenshots, captured text, etc, to an event, say, for a committee meeting, and be able to open when I’m at the meeting and see the info. Any way to do that? Thanks!
