iMac right and left click mouse

my iMac doesn't have a right click and left click. it's just one click. what if the instructions tell me to right click...what do I do on my iMac/

Check in System Preferences/Settings for mouse options. There you can set the Secondary Click to the right mouse button.

You can also hold the Control key and click, which is the same as a right click.
